I think those book could be helpful if you're a new migraine sufferer. If you've been at it a while (as I have) there wasn't a lot of helpful information. It's also frustrating to read over and over that we don't think it will help, but might help...

I didn't learn anything new from this book, but I know a ridiculous amount about headaches and migraines. It is a very good book for people with a new diagnosis who are just starting to learn about the subject.
