I don't normally go for suspense novels so this is a new genre for me. I was very invested in the story at first but the ending really left me feeling like the author had rushed it.

i mean, i just didn’t want to put this down when i read this. thought the writing was crisp and the story was unique enough, and i wasn’t able to predict what was going on ahead of time. ended up buying another of this author’s books to check out soon. also — maybe the first book to say my first and last name lol, 200 pages apart but beggars can’t be choosers
