This book was longer than it should have been. I rolled my eyes so much it’s a miracle they’re still in my head. That said, the characters are lovable and funny and I mostly enjoyed their story
I hated both of the main characters. Also, the fmc was a high school teacher and the book, very early on, had a scene where a male student openly talks about being sexually interested in her AND SHE DOESNT CORRECT HIM. As a teacher, no.

I don't know if it's because of how much I absolutely HATED the voice of the MMC in this or what, but there was so much cringe that it couldn't get me around all the cute moments I loved! There were moments I loved and elements I loved (i.e. HANK) but the "fights" or drama that arose I felt were there just because and came and went with no actual development. It was just a little fast moving. The spice was spicing however!!!! I'd actually probably give this like a 3.2 or 3.3!!!!
