This series is AMAZING! And this one might be my favorite. Ben is so sweet and Eleanor is fierce and introspective. I love Sarah Hawley! Can’t wait to read more!

The third book in the Glimmer Falls series is even more wacky and fun than the previous two I think - and a lot of that is due to the FMC. This one focuses on anxious werewolf Ben and vampire succubus Eleonore. Eleonore has essentially been genie'd but instead of granting wishes and being bound to a lamp, she's bound to a plastic crystal and has to obey all of her owner's commands. After a drunken purchase of Eleonore's crystal on eBay, Ben becomes her owner. The story focuses a lot on consent and so isn't questionable on that front.
Eleonore is quirky, as you might expect from a vampire succubus who was born 6 centuries ago and has spent virtually all of that stuck inside a crystal apart from odd occasions where she was let out and ordered to kill someone. The scenes that made me laugh out loud the most were Eleonore's scenes.
It was a really easy read, and only had a few short sexy scenes so it was mainly focused on the plot and the romance rather than the smut. I had a good time with it, and it was a funny paranormal romcom with a unique combination of main characters. It never gets too deep or dark but it's a fun time.

A great and emotional story. I really enjoyed this grumpy/stabby FMC and the nerdy/anxious MMC a lot, the plot was funny but still captivating enough that I consumed this in one sitting. I’m not quite sure I can look at hot chocolate again without thinking about this book and its interesting use of marshmallows.

This series is quickly becoming a firm favourite, there’s a great overall story arc and each book focuses on a new relationship.
This has to be the spiciest yet, with a fantastic dynamic between Ben and Eleanora. Ben is a mild mannered werewolf who doesn’t like to lose control and vampire Eleanora has a very unusual outlook on life, due to a very unique situation.
When they meet, let’s just say - sparks fly. So much fun.
