I was going to give it 3 stars because I wasn’t too impressed with characters or the writing but then I finished the book and it made me shed a few tears. I said “what the heck? I’ll give a 4”
a lot of things happened in this book that I didn't like because I'm a sucker for romance but it wasn't a bad book, to be honest it is a book I expect from Penelope ward.

This book was slow-paced and a bit frustrating. It is one of those books where you just want to smack the characters and tell them to get it together. It is a really good book though. I enjoyed it, but I have preferred some of Penelope wards other books more.

This books has so many great things to it that I can’t even find anything missing. It has greatly developed characters, great writing, an amazing plot, and an amazing love story. It captured me the whole time and like all of Penelope Wards books, this did not disappoint.
