Honestly, I’ll never understand why people bash on Hoover’s books. I love that every single one is different, yet just as enticing and captivating as the next. I personally thought this was one of my favorites. A quick read with twists and turns or happy and sad moments.

This was the first book that I read in 2024 and I finished it in 3 days. 

It was beautifully written and I felt so many variations of emotions that I was hooked. Can’t wait to read the rest.

This book made me realize things in my life that I knew deep down I just didn't want to admit or be true. It helped me realize it's not all that bad though. It gave me hope.

Thoroughly enjoyed the entire book and couldn’t stop listening. Too bad the last hour gave me the ick to the point that I was physicaly uncomfortable. Not so much the subject matter that was the problem, but rather the way the author dealt with it. Not sure I would recommend this book to anyone.
