I really enjoyed this one, though it seemed to drag on a little in the middle. Definitely focuses more on her relearning to live than the actual scary portion that you might expect from a book surrounding witness protection. I suspect that will change in the next book though, so I'm going to start the second today!

This book had me hooked from the start. I feel so bad for Shiloh, no one should go through what she went through. This book was written amazingly, and you could feel the fear and sadness yourself while reading. I adore the brothers, but Knox needs a good knock on the head for being a dick. I can’t wait to keep reading and see how Shiloh grows.

i haven't read much romance... but this suffers from the same things that others i've read do. poor editing, weird pacing, and characters that are... a lot. ends on a cliffhanger and the plot is interesting enough that i'll probably continue the series, but just know that this isn't like... a good read. definitely quick tho, and did it's job - which was get me to finish a book while in a reading slump.

These boys. *swoony sigh* Normally, a doormat heroine who cries all the time and plays the martyr card grates on my last fucking nerve, but I endured it in this one. I WANTED those damn boys to chase her and comfort her and take care of her. I stayed up until 4:30 am reading this and loving every second. 

To note: it is INCREDIBLY tame. No sex at all, which I gotta say, was a real bummer.
