Man, oh man. I dont know which book was my favorite. I think Ivy Fox is going to be my new go-to author because damn. She can tell a story. From the very beginning, I was hooked. There was a plot. There was mystery. Just when I thought I knew who had done it. I was wrong. This book kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end. When reading a book, I've never been into side characters, but this series, I was partially chomping at the bit to read the next character book. I NEEDED to know what was going on. The last book was Lincolns book, and the way they ended the last book, I was not sure how they were going to pull that story off. But I was pleasantly surprised, and this will be on re read list as well as my list of paperbacks to get.

Do No Evil is the fourth book in The Society series. This book is told from dual points of view by Lincoln and Kennedy.

We meet both Lincoln and Kennedy in the past books. Kennedy is engaged to Tommyboy, but it's obvious both Kennedy and Lincoln have feelings for each other.

In Do No Evil, it goes back to the past a little bit so we can see what happens in their story, and how they come to where we see them in the past books. Lincoln and Kennedy were good friends growing up. Something happens and Lincoln finds out a secret, so he has to break Kennedy's heart and force her to be with someone else.

There are so many secrets that come out in this book! Will Lincoln find out what his father and brother were hiding? Will Kennedy be able to get out of her engagement? Will Lincoln finally find out who is behind the Society? Will Lincoln and Kennedy get their happily ever after? I loved this series and am going to be sad to see it go.

This series was a wild ride, with clues and secrets all around. This book cannot be read as a stand-alone, you have to read the previous books first, or this one will not make sense.

I loved the uniqueness of this series, how each book followed a different main character but all the stories were intertwined throughout. It was beautifully crafted and written.

Lincoln and Kennedy were destined to be together but went through many ups and downs as we learn in the series and specifically this book. If you have made it this far in the series, I promise you get your questions answered and it wraps up very well.

Not going to leave a rating because I mostly skimmed. I did really enjoy this series and was excited for the book. If you’ve read the previous books you know that we’ve had glimpses in all of them of Lincoln and Kennedy’s clearly OTP type relationship.

Going into book 4 I knew that some of it would be a more fleshed out backstory but I didn’t realize the majority of the book would take place in the past. I get that this is vital for Kennedy and Lincoln but I simply do not care. I typically don’t enjoy books told in the past and that’s most of this book.

I skimmed most of the book in frustration because I knew where we were at the end of book 3, I wanted to know what happened from there - I didn’t want to read 10+ years of history but that’s the story here. Everything that led up to the end of book 3 is where this story ends the only way to get Kennedy and Lincoln’s story is to go back and while I’m sure it’s a good story I just don’t care enough to read all the history between them.
