This book was so deeply enjoyable from start to finish. It was a story of roommates-to-lovers romance with supernatural suspense and mystery as its setting, and it was incredibly well done!
The main characters Cass and Thor were extremely loveable and had amazing chemistry with each other. The development of both their characters and their relationship with each other was both believable and heartwarming.
While the lore of the world was incredibly interesting and had underlying implications for the plot, the story does not go too deep into it. The romance and interpersonal dynamics are a much bigger focus and they are both written very insightfully.
