This was a fun sequel to Tricky Magic. I enjoyed seeing the growth with the characters and the new cast as the world expanded!

The 2nd book in the ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ ๐๐๐๐๐ series, & oh boy! If the first book had grabbed your attention, the second one will have you in a รงhรถkehรถld! ๐ ๐ฌ๐ฏ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ช๐ต ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฅ ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ฐ๐ฏ๐ฆ! ๐๐ต ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ญ๐ญ ๐ญ๐ช๐ท๐ฆ๐ด ๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ต ๐ง๐ณ๐ฆ๐ฆ ๐ช๐ฏ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ!

This book/series are actually up there with ACOTAR for me now (๐ข๐ฏ๐ฅ ๐ ๐ค๐ข๐ฏ'๐ต ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ฉ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐ณ ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ข๐ช๐ด๐ฆ ๐ด๐ช๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ด๐ฆ ๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฌ๐ด ๐ญ๐ช๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐บ ๐ด๐ข๐ท๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ญ๐ช๐ง๐ฆ). Not just based on the plot - which threw me for a loop more than once, had me on the edge of my seat, & actually made me ๐ด๐ค๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข๐ฎ at the end - but also because of how much I love, & relate to the characters & world that Lexi has built!
The sheer about of absolutely ๐ฅต characters that Lexi introduces in this book (on top of the ones already there) should honestly be รฏllรชgรฅl! Apart from characters - both main & supporting - ones had me so invested in all of their stories, that they literally felt like family! Not to mention the plot that...even after having some questions answered, ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ญ๐ญ left me with ๐ด๐ฐ ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐บ more! I would share some quotes with you all, but honestly...they'd be spoilery & probably too ๐ถ๏ธ for the algee-rythm! I'll be sure to make them public on Goodreads though! ๐ (once I transfer them over from my ARC copy to my public one)
Lexi - you really outdid yourself with this one! Incredible world-building. Loveable, relatable, hilarious & intricate characters. Not to mention a plot that honestly...I can't even express my awe & love for enough! ๐
