Hell’s Harem by J.A Roles is book one in the series Hell’s Harem. It is also the first time I’m reading a novel by this author. I must say I enjoyed reading this book and can’t wait to read the next one! It was a great read full of interesting characters and a very good plot. It’s a very interesting play on good versus evil. (🪽😈)

Lexi was an amazing female protagonist, I liked how she stood her ground while going through something she never asked for or even wanted to begin with. I liked that we don’t have traditional heroes in the least with the male characters. They’re bullies and only start coming around to Lexi after something happens. (Want to know, read the book! ❤️) I loved that Lexi is innocent and sweet…the light if you will. Then the “boys” ( Knox, Jet, Talin and Sin) are the polar opposite… the darkness. There is spice but it’s pretty short but still really good. I thought it was greatly executed and really loved the storyline. I recommend checking this book out.

Final review:

*ARC Reader Review*

First off, I signed up to get an advanced copy to read and give an honest review. So, this copy was free.

~~~~~~~
This story started with a slightly slow pace - setting up the main male characters in the story with the 'roles' they will have throughout the story. Even the lead up to Lexi's arrival at the school seemed to be at that slower pace, but both parts were necessary to get the true action going!
Once Lexi arrives at the school, the pace picks up as that's where the true focus was - the school action! I love that she's sassy and feisty and doesn't just 'fall in line' for the guys, but makes them work for her attention and love. And the guys, who are jaded, discover their ability to love and protect their Queen.
I can't wait to read the next book in the series, and I want Lexi's sister to 'tell' her story!
