I really like the Bergman Brothers series because yet again reminded of just how human people are. I'm sad that the series is coming to an end because I've found myself looking forward to super relatable romance stories and seeing diversity/representation in a real way.
it's curious to see the two main characters deal with how their personal struggles have changed how they navigate the world, but it hasn't stopped them from being authentic. Having them both learning how to navigate into adulthood, I think it pushes both characters to really reflect. With his addiction struggles and her coming into her autism diagnosis and support system rollercoaster, I kind of understand how the storyline played out for the two of them atypical to normal Romance tropes. The final moment of strife is always one of my favorites and I found myself reflecting that it didn't and missing it. But I'm almost glad it didn't happen for them because you want to root for these characters so hard because life is just f*cking hard and navigating into adulthood is f*cking hard, you really don't need anything extra difficult to prove that they could make things work.
Of the series I think I like this one about mid-range. I do wish they delved deeper into how miscommunication and missteps can happen in navigating relationships with neurodivergent partnerships, especially with her history of being bullied, mental illness and the unspoken subject of autistic burnout. I think I would have really enjoyed seeing how these characters communicated that out.

It was quite lovely. Def either my second or third favorite from the series (Oliver and Gavin still hold that number one spot).

I was really excited for Ziggy's book and I have not been disapointed. I really liked the take on being the baby of the family and never being seen as an adult and trying to transcend that. The love story was really good, and the chemistry built up over time.
