After failing at reading a classic novel previously I wanted to return to something that I knew. The last time I read this, I was quite young and I was surprised to see the narrative was as “bed time” story as it was.

This is one of those that started it all and is interesting to go back and look at and see what it does right and wrong.

I know I’ll be asking my children to read it one day.
