New authors to me, CA Miconi an JB Havens have my heart. This first book in their Finding Love in Green Springs series has all the feels! Meg is on a journey. She has lost the love of her life, and as tragedy strikes her, she needs to find her new normal. Letting go is hard. Drew also has had his share of devastation. Once the popular football player, he now has acclimated to his new way of life. When he meets Meg, both find that wonderful feeling. But can they get past their baggage to find happiness? I absolutely love these characters. I found both to be very true to life. And Drew's grandmother is a hoot!! It's got all the emotional tugs that will make our heart hurt and soar. A great story and I will be watching for book 2!

The narration of Tyler Darby and Tara Langella could not have been cast better. These two found the essence of their characters and truly gave us their story. Their voices compliment each other. I enjoyed their narration and hope to see more from this team.

Meg is running from her past when she stumbles into a small town in Mississippi. Drew is dealing with old demons that still haunt them. The begining of their relationship is full of snide remarks and serious chemistry. Will they be able to overcome their individual damage?

This was a fantastic read. I fell in love with the characters and their individual stories. I highly recommend this book.

Be Brave with me is a romance story set in a small town of Green springs. Meg has had a tragic incident and is on a road trip to let go of the demons of her past. Drew lives in Green springs for a living, he has lost a leg in an accident and is also mourning a loss of a loved one.
When they both meet, sparks fly, they are attracted to each other. But Meg cannot let go of her grief so easily despite Drew time and again comforting her to be brave with him. She still wants to continue her road journey to reminisce her past. Both of them have to fight their internal battles to let go and start their lives afresh.
It is an enjoyable novel and I really liked the small-town details, especially how the people in the small town are so friendly and caring towards each other, the small restaurants which serve delicious food, the bar, the repair shop and the shops. Everyone goes about in good spirits and help each other which pulls up the spirits of the reader.
It is a good book, but I felt there were too few characters in the novel. More characters and more interaction in the small town would have made the story a lot more interesting. It has a very good storyline but certain twists and turns would have made the plot a lot more promising.
It is a breezy quick read. If you are looking for a light romance book, this book is for you.

This is my first book by this author and I have real enjoyed reading it. I enjoy how the each chapter was dedicated to drew and Meg. Drew is extremely relatable especially to me as I had a grandad like him. This is an amazingly well written book.

These small town romance novels are a hidden treasure as they’re always so beautifully written and quite steamy to read. Set in the small town of Green Springs, Mississippi where the times heat up moment by moment.
In this steamy read, we follow characters, Meg and Drew. Meg who is heartbroken and grief-stricken, not once but twice, she becomes a nomad as she’s running from her past until she lands in Green Springs.
In Lee County, Drew has failed at his desired path of a football star on the rise. Now that he’s set into his comfortable country life, here comes Meg who comes along to shake his world up. Drew can sense the pain on Meg but will she let him unravel what she’s been through? Can Meg stay in one place long enough for Drew to help her? Should Drew be strong enough to release her?
I think this is one of the best stories I’ve read in a minute. I’m a sucker for a love story and an even more sucker for healing of any kind. This is a beautiful read and you’ll love how this one turns out.

This is a cute enjoyable story! It made me chuckle at times but usually I had a smile on my face. Each of the MC had a devastation in their life. Maybe not recent but there are still repercussions as a result. I liked them both together and it’s clear they need each other. They have nice sweet, sexy, potty mouth filled times together. She is smart mouthed and he is kind. She is a take no prisoners lover...oh and so is he. They each adore Nana and the townsfolk of Green Springs.
This is an enjoyable quick read and I look forward to the next one.

PS. I love the title and how it is worked into the story.

I enjoyed this book. This is my first book by these authors and I will be looking for more. This is a well developed story that has characters that pop off the pages and into your heart. They made the story feel real. I had no problem connecting with them which helped with making the story engaging. I was pulled into this story right from the beginning. Meg is a person who has lost everyone and is running from her past. She stops in this small town, she may find more than she realizes here. Drew has become comfortable in his simple life even though it is lonely. There is instant chemistry with these two when they meet. He recognizes something in her that he wants to heal. Will he help her heal or have to let her go? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what fate has in store for these two.

Be Brave With Me is the first book in Finding Love in Green Springs Series by J.B Havens and C.A Miconi. This is my first read from either of these two authors, so I really had no idea of what to expect going into the story. I was drawn to the title, because I used to live in a place called Greensprings many years ago- so I was curious to see how the story would unfold.
We meet Meg and Drew, who have each experienced their own tragedies and battling their own demons. Meg arrives in town, after 6 months of trying to outrun her demons and find peace. Can they help heal each other?
This is a wonderful small town romance, with emotion, drama, humour, and spice. It was easy to lose myself in the story, in a good way- and it kept me engrossed from beginning to end. I read the story in one easy sitting and will definitely be going back to explore more of these two authors other work/s, as well as read the rest of the series as they release.
A great start to a wonderful new series.

Thank you, J.B Havens and C.A Miconi!

Be Brave with Me: Finding Love in Green Springs, Book One by C.A. Miconi and J.B Havens is a wonderful romance story set in a small town. I sat and settled in and soon became engrossed and lost in the story and pages turning, I soon found myself at the end. It has everything to make it a great read, humor and drama, chemistry and emotion, drama and angst. I fell in love with the characters and the small town the story was set in. When faced with the end I was a little sad to see the story ended as I wanted more but as this is the first book in the series I am hoping to see more of them in the future. This is a great start to a wonderful new series.

Sometimes you need to read a book whether you know it or not. This book in one way or another called to me. I am so glad I read this book, I just needed it.
Meg and Drew are our two main characters and I really got wrapped up in their stories and how they've battled through everything life has decided to throw at them.
I love small town stories and all that comes with them. I cant wait to see where this series goes! Glad I took a chance on these 2 new to me authors!
