Just lost interest. The "colours of people" (red/green/blue/yellow), I can't remember which colour is for which type of person and I just got lost. If it wasn't for the colours thing, I might have hung in there longer.

This was an advance reader copy, so I hope that there may be more editing coming. I did not appreciate the author's casual tone and found certain sections seemed disorganized. I didn't have many useful takeaways from this book.

The author isn't certified or in the psychological community and it shows. A lot of sweeping generalizations and the advice is not super helpful. There are better books out there on this subject.
