Much better than Dark Matter. Frenetic, tense thriller that goes down a rabbit hole. Maybe going a bit too far, but is a lot of fun, if you can turn off your brain and go with it.

Oh this one was really exciting and fast-paced and hits all the right buttons: action, emotions, intellectual candy to chew on, and puzzles. Like all time travel-related books, there are some things overlooked by the time travel aspect, but in general, very fun. I ready it really fast and want to try Crouch's other book.

“That’s what it is to be human—the beauty and the pain, each meaningless without the other.”

As time itself crumbles and attempts to merge with different timelines, this book will leave you wondering and questioning the existence of life, time and everything as you know it.

Recursion by Blake Crouch is not just a novel but a well-thought science fiction out that deals with time travel in a unique way. At first, it has slow-pacing but then everything comes together in one moment. One single moment that will change everything.

I feel consumed by this book like I lived multiple timelines, witnessed miracles and destruction in front of my eyes. Although this review may seem vague to those who haven’t read this book is better read with no idea of what wonder you are jumping into.

This is the first book I have read of the esteemed Black Crouch and it will not be my last.
