I thought it was absolutely fascinating the way he reflected on the way we train doctors and what we expect from them, but the middle section about some medical mysteries was my least favorite and I found it to be a little bit cliche with the obesity commentary etc. I also enjoyed the last section dealing with intuition. A must-read for doctors!
