This had the feel of the TV show "The Following" from a few years back. You thought you knew who might be a wolf but then someone would surprise you and either be one or not.
The premise is interesting and I do wish that she would have given a little more time into the background of how this all got started. There was some detail but I think it could have helped make it a stronger case for why people got sucked up in this. It seems a little far-fetched that so many people would be caught up in this conspiracy but then again we've seen it in real life too I guess so maybe not and it's just too out there for me to believe.
Regardless the book kept a good pace and kept interest until the end. Would have loved confirmation of the very last details from Lily in the last page but alas we always have to have a little mystery left.

It took too long to get very interesting and the action all happened very quickly. But the paranoia and storyline was cool.
