This is the first book in this series and it's fantastic. A story that'll pull you in, holding your attention from start to finish. It's got an excellent storyline, suspense, action, and a few surprises.
I am always here for a steamy romantic suspense and this book just hit all of my buttons. I was so into everything that this book had to offer me. I was hanging to every word of this book, just waiting to see what would happen next. I was super invested into the intrigue in this one and I just wanted to see what would happen next.
Also, the romance in this book was just so sweet and I adored every seconds of it.

Maya is used to being on her own. She has stalkers (plural) so prefers to stay on her own rather than lose anyone she loves.
There is an instant attraction and connection when she first meets Duncan but can she let him in?
Duncan will do anything to have Maya in his life but when danger comes their way is anyone safe.
So much drama and suspense with plenty of emotion but also so much love.
A must read.
