This is a tough read and definitely not for everyone.

This book is about the effects grooming has on the mc, projecting onto other victims, and insisting that she, herself, hasn't been a long term victim.

It delves into the grooming of a 15 year old up to her current years as 32. It delves into the horror of how an adult and a teacher at that can take advantage of someone so young. It was uncomfortable and downright tragic knowing the things he was doing was so self centered and manipulative it impacts Vanessa in so many ways...
