3rd time reading and 2nd time doing the 12 weeks. I have been compiling this book and making notes to make it easy to access the information I need in the future.

It took me about a year reading this on and off! And am still not fully done with all the exercises! This helped me a lot along my journey. A year later I’m more confident and very happy on my creative journey.

This isn't just a book, it's an entire process that you need to be willing to engage in. There's a lot of wisdom and truth in this book, though at times, it is repetitive. She talks about your "artistic recovery," as we recover (or rediscover) our inner artists, and her language is very therapeutic at times.
