there were moments where i thought this book was going to be really good but in the end it fell flat. it felt like it was building up to something bigger that just never came to fruition and made me question the point of the plot. of course there is purpose in the story but i think it could have been executed better or added other parts to provoke meaning.

This was very much a character driven book mixed with internal monologue. I did enjoy that. I enjoyed the two POVs but often wished we sometimes got POVs of other main characters. I think that could have added to the character driver book. However I did read this super fast and even though I found the characters annoying at times I think that was the point. I still couldn’t wait to read more about their lives. Overall this was a very enjoyable read to me but not quite a 5 star as I wish we got more views..

Well the first 75% of the book had the potential to build to something brilliant but the ending was contrite and the epilogues were extra nails in the coffin. Disappointing really, I had much higher hopes for this novel.

It was a 5* up until the very end was not the ending I wanted and fell a bit flat up until that point the creepy stalking was brilliant

Wasn’t one of my favourites, the descriptive writing was very well thought out but the characters irked me and it felt like a bit of a chore to finish…did keep me feeling uneasy though which was probably the author’s intent! I just would rather not feel on edge on top of wanting to just finish the book just to finish it.
