The first in the Maeve Kerrigan series and one which has been on my kindle tbr for ages now, I am going to read the whole series now from the start, Unfortunately I just found this one an ok read and it wasn’t until the final few chapters I found myself enjoying it more. As this is the first book I’m going to carry on with the series as I really think it will improve.

Most of the book had stellar pacing but the end dragged a bit for me. I'll definitely read some more of this series, though.
