Whenever one of my family members would walk into the room as I was listening to this, I’d simply say, “this book is so good”!  I love this trilogy even more than the farseer trilogy. The character development across the trilogy was amazing. The plot was jam packed and complicated but still flowed smoothly. There was more suspense than I expected as well. I love Hobb’s look at human hypocrisy, power, love, and grief. Just perfect.
