Not that I would know this.
Why are you getting so upset?
This is not about you.
Yes, it is.
You are a human affront to all women and I am a woman.
I forgot.
You're a man.
What is that supposed to mean nothing?
It's just that all men are sure it never happens to them and most women at one time or another have done it.
So you knew that you don't think that I can tell the difference.
Oh you okay Oh, oh god.
Oh god.
Oh, oh, oh.
Oh God.
Oh, yeah right there.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
Oh God.
Oh, yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Oh, yes.
Yes.
Yes.

Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes.
Yes Oh God.
I'll have what she's having.

Best way to describe this. Framing everything I've ever thought and felt into words.
*Borrowed from the diner scene in When Harry Met Sally ;)

one of my favourite niches: musings on the memory and the process of writing! this book started off so beautifully but the latter chapters dropped off a little bit for me. i know savage’s style is divisive but i personally loved her experimentation and creativity. sometimes her writing (in style, topic, and erraticness) felt like a stream of consciousness from my mind :))
