I can't imagine reading the book instead of listening to it with the music effects and the songs being played by the orchestra!
This book is really nice to read and s lovely palate cleanser when you just want something with just enough action and not much consequences as YA or adult books since, of course, it's a kids book.
Now, talking about that I really enjoyed the characters and despite being a bit annoyed by the lack of communication between Amelia and Darby, I had to remember we're talking about 12 year olds learning to manage a friendship and going through some hard stuff.
Overall, great book.
I did found the identity of the leader of the Midnight Orchestra very predictable, but that wasn't really a break dealer for the book.
