Hello Lincoln Foxx, good lawd these Foxx men are no joke! I loved this story so much and I love this town and all its secrets! Linc and Faye were chefs kiss amazing! I love that she’s a curvy burlesque dancer, that’s so freaking hot! Linc is the HOT nerdy single dad that’s loves and protects so fiercely! I really enjoyed the suspense in this one. They are finally bringing those douche canoes down! IE Hadley’s dad and Wazz. I love Linc’s little girls there is something so special about a girl dad. Also how they met in the beginning had me enthralled. In book one all we know is that Linc lost his wife (the Foxx curse). And to everyone he was the grieving widower. I loved the surprise twist in that regard. It gave his character more depth and honestly just made me love him more. Only he and Hadley knew the truth, he never sullied the girl’s mom’s memory. That takes true character no matter how hard it can be. I truly love this series and can’t wait for the audio for Proof! I’m so excited to get Hadley and Ace’s story!
The audio was absolutely amazing! While I’m still partial to Lies, that audio is still my fave of the year. I think that plot and those narrators were just something so special and hard to top!
