Amazing book!

This was a book I listened to via audio cds. The reader did a great job and it was the first of Kate Morton's books that I was exposed to. She did a great job with details and reawakened my interest in writing letters. So much of society is about email and texting, many have forgotten or not even been exposed to writing a traditional letter. I believe i will be keeping a look out for Kate Morton's next book and will put it as a too read for my summer hours.

I had so many theories throughout this book! Wonderful character development. This is my third book to read by this author and each one leaves me wanting more.

Very enjoyable. Little slow at the beginning, but worth sticking with.

I never cease to be gobsmacked by Morton’s books. This is another that manages to weave timelines seamlessly while exploring love, family and aging. The first half is a bit slower than the second half but it’s worth the world / story building. And honestly the ending had me surprised and crying (this happens with every book I’ve read of hers)

I can't even begin to describe how awful this book was. I tried to finish it - I really did. But it was just terrible! It makes me incredibly sad, as Kate is (was?) one of my favorite writers.
