While surprised to see this was a fantasy tale, I was not disappointed in the slightest. Kassidy does an incredible job weaving you into the tale of Vincent and his lineage. The attention to detail is beyond stunning and really weaves the reader into a gorgeous, yet dark tale. There are many characters he meets along the way, including some who aren't what they seem and some that will surprise you! The magic that is done in this story is unique and kept me on my toes as I got deeper in the story. Kassidy certainly knows how to craft a hypnotic tale that will leaving you wanting more.
