As a story, it's great. But when they get down to the deed, the writing is so painfully stereotypically romance novel I almost stopped reading. It just rips you out of the story and distracts you from the sexiness taking place. She busts out EVERY euphemism you've jokingly heard, including classics such as "rock-hard length", "aching center", and "engorged flesh" (Mind you, these examples all occurred in the same two paragraphs). It reminds me of the scene the principle was trying to write in '10 Things I Hate About You'.

A light, fun, sweet and steamy easy read.

Ok - for a true NA Book this was so amazing!
Nice story, great characters and what's not to love about the premise of two roommates falling for each other? (see [b:The Flatshare|36478784|The Flatshare|Beth O'Leary|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1552471375l/36478784._SY75_.jpg|58189559])

It took me a bit to warm up to Jessie and Zach but, in the end, they were one of my favorite couples!
