This review will have spoilers from book one, so if you have not read the first book you might want to come back when you have read it.

Holy smokes …. this book was insane and honestly, I don’t know how much I can say without spoilers but I will try my best. No spoilers for sure, as always.

This book basically starts where we were left with the last one.

Casteel, Poppy, Kieran and the rest are traveling back to his kingdom. Most of the book they are travelling. Of course, nothing ever goes smooth and they are met with some obstacles along the way.

The travel back, gave us also a great opportunity to see the rest of the world. Other people, other customs, other regions and magical surroundings. This gives us a great glance on how big this world really is.

We meet some new people along the way some nice, others of course not so much. Some pretty crazy shit goes down on this journey for sure.

Poppy, man I already loved her last book but this book she really outdone herself.

She grew so much, in many ways but most of all her self-confidence. We also discover some pretty shocking things about her.

Casteel, last book he had to grow on me and boy did he ever grow on me
