Fully 80% of this book's dishes require a blender.

This book's index works better than those of most cookbooks. The shakshuka recipe, served with ample bread, vine leaves, half the chopped tomatoes and none of the suggested water, delighted me. If you make the fruit lollies, add four tablespoons of sugar.
