Essential reading - super accessible primer from a care-first therapist (as in, wants people to get help, even if it's not from him).
Breaks it down into step-by-step chunks, and also lets you know that there are a million ways to get help that are low-barrier. Also emphasizes what you can do to feel more in control of your care in a back-assward medical system.
