I absolutely loved this book, it was taboo, forbidden and so very intense. Garrett grew up with a stigma that people didn't talk about. While he wasn't officially diagnosed he knew he suffered from depression. Being with Mia made his world so much calmer. They make such an amazing couple in every way. I loved every minute of this book, I couldn't put it down.

“Eyes on me, Mia.”

Tropes:
- Forbidden (step-sibling)
- Age gap
- Sex club owner/Cam girl

When Garrett stumbles across his step-sister's cam girl feed, the last thing he expects is for a roaring wave of lust to hit him so hard that he can't take Mia off of his mind.

Phew this book was hot. As soon as I read [b:Praise|60416566|Praise (Salacious Players Club, #1)|Sara Cate|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1644858618l/60416566._SY75_.jpg|93593425], I knew I needed to pick up Garrett's book ASAP and I am so glad I did because it was very enjoyable.

Mia is such a sweet girl and I loved the way she's confident in her body and wants to take control of the narrative about her. I have so much respect for that (maybe because I wish I was like that lol) and I loved the way Garrett never judged her for it. I mean sure, he was teasing but he was so supportive of her liberation, of her sexuality, and her owning who she was. Garrett is that super playful guy who uses his likability as a facade to hide what really is inside him.

Overall, I really loved their relationship. The forbidden aspect didn't really come through for me seeing as their "parents" were both supportive and there wasn't really a lot of sneaking around or angst associated with that. I also think that we hear a lot that "they don't get along" and "they've never liked each other" but we don't really delve into that dynamic or truly understand why. I wished we got a little bit more relationship/character development of the two of them before.

This book was so enjoyable and I finished it so quickly! Who's going to come whisk me away to Salacious ASAP, pretty please?

Spicy as hell. I was here for the smut and it got delivered haha

I did feel that the author bypassed Garret's mental health - she touched it on for a bit but I felt like there was a lot more to be said.

Taboo topics: stepsiblings, age gape, and sex worker/cam girl.
