This was really good for like the first 200 pages and then I just started to get really bored with the pacing. It has a great story line and I love the characters so much but honestly I think that since it’s word for word bar for bar the EXACT same as the Netflix series it was just boring and not very entertaining. I would have liked it more if it was different like most book to movie adaptations but instead I felt like I was just reading the script since the dialogue was the exact same.

At times it felt like reading a fan fiction. however we got a a disclaimer at the beginning of the book saying it was not going to be hysterically accurate. Over all it was a really easy read my attention did not waver any given moment I was completely engrossed with the book. The only thing that was really missing for me, was a bit more in-depth on the history of the king and his men on how they met. We did get a little teaser about it but to me it wasn’t enough.
