This book was sitting pretty in my tbr for a while, and after seeing the glowing reviews for it from my GoodReads friends, I was anticipating reading it. Saxon James did not disappoint!

I was promised jealousy, possessiveness, and sweet romance. This book delivered it all.

I mean, I saw that there would be jealousy in the book from the reviews, and I was sold.

While that may have hooked me in, this book was so much more. It was a lighthearted, sweet, and fun read, and after reading a few dark romance stories, it was exactly what I needed.

What I really liked and appreciated with this college romance story was the MC Chad. He was very well written as a character. When I read that his name was Chad, I thought he would be your typical himbo douche/fratboy, and that is what he appears to be when we first get introduced to Chad. However, as the story progresses, he is so much more than a fratboy.

Chad is kind, loyal, and yes, he is handsome, but that is secondary. He is considerate, confident, caring, and vulnerable—someone mentioned in their review that he is like a sweet golden retriever, and he really is. I want me a Chad. I fell in love with his character just like I did with Ollie from Brooke Blaine's book (The Unforgettable duet). These men are just everything. I love them.

I also loved how Bailey's family was very accepting of Chad and that there was no drama there. Usually, with the mega-rich families in these types of stories, you get either judgmental or homophobic parents. Luckily that was not the case with this story, and no family drama took away from the romance between Bailey and Chad. Thank you, author!

Bailey and Chad are so freaking precious I just cannot! I wasn't sure how much I'd like this book going into it so my expectations where low and were exceeded completely. I loved the secret relationship element and how low angst this was. The MC's banter was so freaking good! The spice was A+, especially the scene in the hotel room. The side characters were so fun making this a very easy top of the list read for me.

Another great book from Saxon James. From beginning to end this book was funny, sweet, and romantic. I loved the storyline and the book was well written. Can't wait to see how the rest of the series goes.
