I really enjoyed this one. As someone who is obsessed with the legend of Tarzan, I loved Emma’s rendition of the tale, staying true to the original story and yet making it her own.
I really loved the relationship between Thorne and Eden, the slow buildup of getting to know each other and overall just how sweet and heartwarming it was.
I also highly enjoyed the main plot, I loved how Emma weaved in little pieces from other POVs. It really built up a lot tension to see how it would play out, so much so that I ended up binging the second half in one sitting (a rarity for me lately). I loved the added magical realism aspect of the forest coming to life. It felt like an ode to my younger self who wholly believed that the forest was alive. It was charming in a sense.
Overall this was super sweet and has a wonderful HEA that I’m very fond of. I’ll definitely be picking up more of Emma’s books!

New Fav. Always had a Thing for tarzan. It was refreshing to see the Classic in a modern and new Perspektive. It was emotional. Thornes Trauma and his relationship with Eden were Pure (and spicy plus points) and the love was described vividly. It was emotional and breath taking. Thrilling till the last page!

What a beautiful and sweet retelling of Tarzan. I went I to this blind, having no idea what to expect, but this book went above and beyond my expectations.
The author built such a sweet and slow burn romance, filled with great character development and emotion.
I loved Thorne and Eden and how the author wove their tale. Thorne was such a sweetheart. There is also action, adventure and a bit of drama. It was perfection.
I cannot wait to read more form this author.

This was a great retelling of the tale of Tarzan. This was the first book I read by Emma Castle and I am a fan of her work now! I loved this story, there was magic, love, and an exotic setting.
