If you can’t love your own book, then who the heck can?

Just felt a little too rushed but the characters were amazing, the folklore was great - just wanted more! Hope there's a second one!

I liked the characters well enough and I liked the art, but it felt like it was missing something. Maybe more character development was needed for the emotional parts to hit more.

It was a cute enough little story of a witch overcoming her own limitations. Developing a deeper friendship and even a sapphic relationship in the process!

The art style was simple but cute. But there were things i didn't love. The way the little sister was treated, the unresolved bullies story lines with 2 separate characters and the character growth were somewhat rushed. Same with the romance.

Overall, it was a cute enough story just on the cramped side for what it was trying to cover.

The art here is super duper cute but the plots a bit of a muddle. I think if it had a bit more of a solid introductory section things would flow a bit better but we're tossed in quite blind. The plot tries to tie some emotional weight to the story with a 'finding yourself from a dark past' vibe but the lack of solid characterization just makes it fall flat. I'm not sure i'll pick up a sequel to this story but I'll certainly keep an eye out for other work by this artist!
