This is truly a magnificent book that touched my heart just as every one of Christi Caldwell’s books I read. She knows how to bring a character to life and how to create an entire world that seems so real that I’d like to lose myself in it. All the Heart of a Duke series is fantastic! And I love to follow all the characters in their paths and their interwoven lives, even if each one of the books makes a perfect stand-alone. This is also the steamiest book of her I read so far, but the lovemaking is an integral part of the story and it couldn’t have been any other way. And of course I love steamy! I loved Faith: she’s a wonderful character, full of life and love to give. Only Faith could have helped Rex to feel and love again after all his suffering. And of course I’m partial to a gaming hell’s owner. The darker the better for me! So Rex was a real treat… Can’t wait for the next book in the series!
I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
