Homicide Detective Sangster is currently working a missing person’s case that is giving him some trouble; he goes to investigate a scene and ends up murdered. His son is also a police officer and the comic now turns to his perspective. He reminisces about the tough times with him and his father. He reads about the case his father is working on; several people lost a lot of blood and were carrying yellow fever virus. He links it to vampirism caused by Former President John Adams.

He decides to look into his father’s case. His father’s body was found at Hell Hall, so he makes a trip there. After finding vampires in Hell Hall, he goes to his father’s grave and digs him up to see that he has woken.

I like this comic. It’s a little strange, but I think it will be very entertaining. The artwork is well done and suits the dark plot. The storyline feels different from your typical vampire-tale.
