This book has remained popular for so, so long for a good reason. It's ostensibly centered around military strategy, but Sun Tzu's advice has leadership and competition applications that translate to modern day (I'd say especially in the workplace). I think it's one of those books you need to come back to a few times to absorb, though it is a pretty quick read.
