Roan, the male lead, was accidentally converted into the invisible man 20 years ago. As a side effect, he found that he made porous inanimate objects invisible as well and he assumed that living people would as well so he hasn’t had contact with anyone but he wants companionship. Elise, the female lead, was scarred badly in an accident several years ago and responds to Roan’s as for a no pictures/no visual contact relationship. But she now wants more…

This short story is dual POV, well written, and a sweet and steamy romance. I enjoyed and appreciated Elise’s determination and creativity and her persistence when faced with Roan’s reluctance and fear. I also liked the ending and the potential options for their future.

I am not usually one to low ball ratings....but I literally cannot tell you how awful this was to read. The whole plot, the smex scenes. It was just silly and not my cup of tea. I gave it 2 stars only for the fact the authors writing style is not bad....only the story.

"You're the sunshine in every day of my life."

I'll never think of a shower curtain in the same way again. Brilliant.

I absolutely loved this book. It was a fantastic read & goes to show it's what is on the inside that counts. Roan is invisible & Elise has physical scars. They may have started out as online friends but that changes when Elise makes the biggest leap of her life & goes in search of Roan. Can their online friendship turn in to forever or will doubts hold Roan back? Worth more than 5 stars.

not the one in the monster series that I thought would be my favorite

This author did an amazing job making an seemingly unsexy monster and making it the hottest sweetest book in the monster series so far. I love both main characters. The sexual tension was amazing.
