This story just was not for me. I got about 70% of the way through and I just did not feel any connection or tension during the romance. After the first few chapters we just don't see James for a very long time. I really don't like love triangles, especially between two people who were close. Finally I just didn't vibe with our main heroine. I found her POV very annoying and inconsistent. I didn't like the way she treated James and I honestly felt bad for the guy; he deserved better.
