Ummm....why???

This book was awesome. Darker than Ava Jane's story but so, so good. The crazy men obsessed with Becca from the get go and I do mean obsessed - be still my heart! Then there is A. Oh it's easy to figure out who he's tied to but after everything I did not expect that ending. I want to say poor Becca but honestly she jyst needs to wake up and accept who she can be. I can't wait for the next book though.

Soulless Saint review

When I picked up this book I had no idea it was a spin off of a previous series. It is acknowledged very early on in the series (Boys of Briar Hall) but I found it made no difference to my reading experience. There is enough information to let you know the game at hand and a vague debrief on the previous series, which now I want to read!

I adored this book. It was dark and delicious with an incredible female main character, Becca, and Kaleb and Hardin are intense, bad boy brothers you can’t help but love.

The twist in chapter 26 my lord I was completely shook but it turned around again and swept me along for the ride! Can’t wait for the rest of the series!

Oh my gosh - this book got me out of my slump!! I honestly read it in one sitting, because Hardin, Kaleb and Aodhán & Becca are my new favorites. I can already see this being one of my favorite series in 2023. We get some cameos from our favorite Briar Hall characters too. This series is full of action, spice and an amazing plot!! So ready for the next one!!

Great Book!

This book was great! Good character development. The FMC was strong, but vulnerable enough to be likable. The male characters were swoon-worthy. I enjoyed the story line and the balance between the romance and the action. Will definitely read the next book in the series.

I didn’t read the author’s other series prior to this book. I read the first book in the series and decided it wasn’t for me. I think the story would make a little more sense if I’d read the full series, but it wasn’t necessary to enjoy the book.

Soulless Saint - Kings of Kilborn University #1 - Review

Couple: Becca with Caleb & Hardin St. Vincent

Author: Elena Lawson

Tropes: why choose, gang romance, dark romance, hidden identity, bully romance, RH

Review: For those who read Boys of Briar Hall, this duet is Becca’s story. We see Becca come back in a blaze of glory after she was almost killed in the pervious series. Her innate desire to prove herself wars with her desire for the St. Vincent brothers when she realizes just how intertwined they are in her past.

The book is spicy and dark since all three of them have hidden secrets and hate that they are drawn to one another. As the books unfolds we begin to understand Becca more and see how much she hides within herself. I personally loved Becca. Her growth in this first book sets the stage for the epic conclusion that is coming. I am also curious how the boys will react to her knowing Aodhan.

Caleb and Hadrin try to resist the pull to Becca at first but once the gauntlet is thrown they are slaves to it. I liked how the brothers look out for each other and realize that neither are able to stop caring for her. I also thought the way Becca’s family relation comes out was done perfectly and they way Caleb and Hadrin reacted was the BEST!

I am excited to see how they integrate Becca into their lives and am curious if she takes up a place with them in the gang. The book is mild to moderate spic but it also takes their time to develop the bonds between each man and Becca.

This is great for anyone who reads the darker and taboo romances.

Rating: 10/10, Hate to love Caleb..
