This series is 4⭐️, this book is a 3.5. It has a good set up, I did like that the translator took a while to work properly. Niki is a fighter and excellent liar- which comes in handy during the ‘kidnapping’ bit.

Nydo (from the Roth series) first appears here.

If you liked IPB: you will most likely enjoy this.

If you don’t like IPB (for resonance reasons): this book is not ‘fated’ mate, it’s arranged marriage.

If you want to try alien romance, this might be a good place to start.

Warnings: Language barrier, ‘forced’/arranged marriage (because Earth’s government is corrupt), kidnapping, terrorism, medical scenes, snails that make you horny.

A bit hokey in the beginning. The MMC is very appeasing, from the start trying to make the FMC happy.

Got to chapter 10 but it wasn't the type of book I enjoy. 2 stars due to the story not even working.

This was just a bit ridiculous not gonna lie. She’s a captain yet within a week she falls in love with this alien man she was manipulated into marrying. No offense, but that not giving strong female lead.
