Not really for me. I have only myself to blame. I don't particularly like Romeo and Juliette to begin with, although I have liked some retellings before. Sadly not this one. I didn't hate it. It was just okay. I feel like what the author was trying to do just didn't particularly work with the the style of book she was writing.
