I really liked this book. I haven't seen a lot of talk about why environmental talk is so negative and why that is not useful. This didn't give me a lot of practical tips which I wasn't a fan of, but it has changed my perspective.

Not just for Gen Z, I think it's important for anyone who has ever felt bogged down by the climate crisis or wishes to understand more on eco guilt with a multi disciplinary viewpoint.

It was a bit of a slow read for me (maybe that's just because there isn't an audiobook for me to read along with yet?) and I was already aware of a lot of the information presented in this book, but I was able to get a good amount of background material on these subjects.
Along with this, the information I gained on topics that were previously unknown to me was very enlightening! I'm still not quite convinced of her discussion on empathy vs. compassion, but her explanations of media intake, happiness/despair, and the problems associated with resilience, among others, were very interesting to read about.
