Always Will was such a fun, smart romance to read. What do you do when all the girls you've dated just aren't marriage material? You con the system into finding you the right girl. Never mind the fact that the perfect girl for you is right beside you, it can't be her since she's your best friend's sister. Hannah is going to prove Will wrong though, it is her, and she'll do whatever it takes to prove it. From manipulation to some laugh out loud funny date run-ins, Will Hallerman and Hannah are going to figure out, together, what finding the one really takes in Melanie Jacobson's contemporary romance.

I loved Hannah, even if she was super pigheaded at times. She wanted Will to see her as an option so badly, but she played into all the bad dating tips. She wasn't herself, she manipulated, she dated around. Sure, she learned a lot along the way, which made her super relatable, but she certainly broke all the rules in doing so. Her friendship with Will felt so authentic, I could picture them as friends and as the battle to prove him wrong turned up the chemistry was palpable. I cringed alongside them, felt the jealousy when they did, and absolutely lit up as their potential romance finally stepped into play. Hannah's ploy may not have been her best plan, but it made for a great read and a totally perfect brother's best friend romance read.

Always Will was such a great read for me, it was just the right amount of lighthearted romance and truly believable. I found this book so enjoyable that even if it had flaws for me, I already forgot them, because I just had such a good time reading it. I highly recommend this book, especially for my clean romance friends.

I've enjoyed all of Melanie Jacobson's books and will read anything she writes. This was another great contemporary story, although probably not my favorite of hers. This story seemed like it spent a lot of time on analyzing emotions rather than plot action -- I had mixed feelings about it. I thought it was good in the sense that the emotions felt very realistic and gave some good insight about emotional maturity, but on the other hand I wanted a little more action to the story. I also had a hard time with the ending -- seemed out of character in several ways, but I'm not complaining much! Melanie's books always make me smile.

I saw this book at the library, and I've read books by Melanie Jacobson before, but I really didn't like this one. I felt that the beginning was slow and about half way through I was ready to scream at Hannah. If she loves Will, why doesn't she just tell him? (I mean... eventually she puts her feelings out there) but a lot of the book is her trying to get Will to see her as she gets him to set up an online dating profile, which isn't exactly true to his character, so that he doesn't like the girls that he goes on dates with. In the end it all works out. But I thought the book could have been a lot better.

After this book and the last book I finished, I think I'm going to take a break from romance novels. I've always liked them. But the past few I've read have just had some bad experiences. So either I need better romances, or I'll just stick with other genres.

This is my favorite of the Melanie Jacobson books I've read so far. I love Hannah and felt like I connected with her. I love that she's a runner, that she's independent and witty. I was exasperated a few times as I listened, but that's probably a sign of a good story. I love the ending, and even though I knew it was coming, I didn't know how it could come to that conclusion.
