I decided to pick up this book because the premise was immensely intriguing to me. I do love female rage/revenge reads. I was enjoying reading the book and didn’t mind the long chapter or the ranting of the main character. It felt like having a friend voice note which recaps their day. However the ending really ruined it for me :( this book was gearing up to be a 4/5 star read and I had to bump a star just for that ending. It felt like the book just became pointless because of it.
A superficial and bloated novel. In desperate need of an aggressive edit to whittle it down and a main character less desperate to exhibit main character behaviour.

this book just wasn’t for me which is such a shame because i was so so intrigued by the premise of this story. there were moments in this book where i was so bored.. yet when Grace was describing the events of her family members deaths, i thought those moments were really interesting!
