What a pain to get through. I feel it really should have been cut down. I don’t think this book required 1000 pages, it should have been 700 max. So much unnecessary sexual content, etc. I did cry near the end, maybe it’s just because I was glad to be done the book? I really was not a fan of the ACOTAR crossover in this story, I just really didn’t like it. The TOG crossover was fun.

This was so artfully done. I feel like SJM's craft and writing skills were put on display with this book. I do wish we got more of certain aspects of the book, but overall I really enjoyed the book the whole way through. Book 1 had a lot of worldbuilding and Book 2 had some slow parts, but Book 3 was like the perfect mix of both of those things. I don't think there are any major things I would change from this book and I'm sad to have to wait however many years until Book 4.
